One condo for sale in the Sunny Isles Beach area just listed for $39 million, making it the second-most expensive condo for sale in the county and the eighth-most expensive home for sale overall in Miami-Dade County. Whomever buys the condo in the Regalia development doesn’t just get a chic new home, they will also receive a pink diamond worth $500,000.

The penthouse has just under 11,000 square feet of space inside and another 6,000 feet of terrace and rooftop space. The unit comes with a pneumatic glass elevator that ferries guests right to the rooftop to enjoy an outdoor bar and private pool with a waterfall.

Prior to being listed, the condo was expected to go for $40 million. Another unit in the triplex, the Beach House, is on the market for $29 million, down $6 million from its initial listing in May.

The penthouse unit comes with six bedrooms. Two of those bedrooms are master suites complete with their own bars. The large great room has a stone staircase and chandelier with more than 225 floating glass pendants that resemble rain during the daytime and the constellations at night.
