Tom Cruise Reportedly Sells Hidden Hills Scientology Getaway For $11.4 Million!

Tom Cruise ’s apparent property reshuffle continues, after the Mission Impossible actor reportedly sold his Hidden Hills estate for $11.4 million. The amount missed the targeted asking price by about $1.4 million, according to reports.
Still, the European villa-styled property is magnificent. Created from dual lots that offer 2.5 acres combined, the estate includes the main house, which is set atop a lush knoll, a guest house, and features enough luxury amenities to host a retreat. As a matter of fact, the total of 6,707 square feet of living space was rumored to be just that – a retreat for Cruise’s top-level Scientology connections!
The main house has three bedroom suites, each with its own luxury bathroom, and five total bathrooms. Design features like wide-plank wood floors, wrought-iron gates and custom chandeliers lend a Mediterranean look to the property. The farm-style kitchen is slightly more rustic, but still stylish, with a kitchen table created from large beams, pine cabinetry, and large stone pavers on the floor. Fireplaces abound, too, lending a welcoming touch of homey warmth to visitors and overnight guests.
As with all luxury homes, the backyard space is serious about entertaining. In addition to ample seating, there is a heated swimming pool that resembles a private lagoon, accented with a waterfall feature. There is also an additional stone structure on the property, so that wine enthusiasts can create a wine cellar and tasting room, for example.
With Cruise’s Hidden Hills property off the market, the question now is, when will he close on his other holdings, too. He is reportedly looking to sell the Beverly Hills estate he used to share with ex-wife Katie Holmes . He is also looking for a buyer to take the striking estate in Telluride, Colo. That beauty, situated on 298 acres overlooking the entire Telluride valley, is on the market for a whopping for $59 million, and makes the Hidden Hills property look small in comparison.
